Dear Chibi,

Last month (oh my, it’s December already?), we went away to celebrate our 8 year wedding anniversary with family time at the beach. We stayed at Pelican in the city of Lake Macquarie and explored some lovely local beaches. P-chan had an absolute blast splashing in the waves. His big beautiful smile says it all <3

Eventually, we explore the caves along the coastline. It is Caves Beach, after all ;)

Sunset at Pelican

After a full day at Caves Beach, we returned to a lake near our accomodation where we watched the sunset.

Our final day~ Redhead Beach

Redhead beach had some stunning cliffs, but our favourite part was this little gem perfect for toddler play. Mr cheeky boy is running around having the time of his life ^.^

We stayed until the evening, had delicious sashimi for dinner and then made our way home. It warms my heart looking back at these pictures from our trip. Memories I’ll cherish forever <3
