2 more days til the Christmas break!! :D Yesterday we had our office “Tropicana” themed Christmas Party, which consisted of Kris Kringle and drinks in the office followed by a bus ride to “The Bucket List” at Bondi Beach. I dressed up as a pineapple, I hope you can tell :’D
Two nights ago we had our company’s nautical/sea-themed Christmas Party at Harpoon Harry in Surry Hills. People got pretty dressed up, so it was a lot of fun seeing all the costumes. I went as a sailor. There were groups of captains, Pop-Eyes, pirates, jelly fishes, sea queens and mermaids. There was even the Titanic.. (and a Titanic casualty.. XD)
Outside view of the venue, with a gold fish in the foreground 8D
After close to no sleep on Saturday night, I’ve finally recovered enough energy to put this blog entry together :D 2 months of planning has come to an end, with Kerry’s Hens Party taking place on the 21st November (3 weeks to her big day!!) We had an amazing turn out with everyone dressed in their gorgeous 1920s Great Gatsby outfits :D Prepare yourself for pic spam!!
Early in the morning, I got Kaz all dolled-up with her hair and make-up done at Shinka Hair Salon. I think she deserves some stress-free pampering to start the big day! :3
Yesterday I had an amazing time at my Hen’s Party that Kaz organised for me :D I can’t believe there’s less than 3 weeks to my big day, and what better way to unwind & celebrate than with a fun day out with my beautiful friends :)
My Bridal Party! :D Traveling to the city for a pamper session~ ooOooo!
Full Body massage and foot spa at @ Varda Spa Thanks Kaz ^^
Sticker photo fun~!
We then checked-into Meriton Service Apartments to quickly unload our stuff! (We were running late and had to get ready in 10 minutes XD Oh my) Our theme for the day was School Uniform! ^^
We managed to find parking right outside the Victoria Tea Room. Can I pass as a high schooler? X3
Last night I attended the ‘Mad Hatter’s Ball‘, my company’s Christmas Party held at the Oxford Art Factory :DD As the name suggests, the theme was Alice in Wonderland!! :D Lots and lots of great costumes that night, and the decorations were amazing :) Great company, awesome music..and a pair of sore feet by the end of the night XD
Woot! One more week till my Christmas break! Last night we had our office ‘1920s Gangster and Dolls’ Themed Christmas Party held at Paddington Town Hall. Most of the ladies went for the 1920s Doll look, but I decided to go Gangster instead since it’s easier for me and I didn’t need to wear heels XD Anyways, some photos below :D
Yesterday we celebrated Emily’s 23rd Birthday with some Out-of-character fun :D Like most of her other birthdays, there’s usually a theme to it; last year was “fob” and this time it’s the “OOC”. The funny thing about this party was that originally we were supposed to wear what she allocated for us. It was a April fools joke back then, but how funny would it be to see Burpy as Hello Kitty and Marcus as a flamboyant gay guy? XDD
We met up at World Square around 5pm but most of them were late (birthday girl included :p) so we ended up going to Sydney Karoake for an hour and a half or so.
Birthday girl as a gipsy, Meeko as gothic lolita, Flora as a punk, Etta as.. a smart business lady?
Jacky as Jackie Chan (lol), MZ as a thug, Chibi as a cowgirl, Somps as a punk/goth, Burpy as a bum in a suit 8D
Yesterday the cofa gang dressed up (well…tried to) as Asian FOBs for Emily’s 22nd Birthday! Most were confused by the term and everyone came according to their own interpretation of the theme ^_^ Good effort everyone! The results were…interesting…XD
