White Christmas for Christmas!

Dear Chibi,

One of the first things I’ve ever made as a kid was ‘White Christmas’~ something we did during school when I was in 2nd grade. It was really tasty! So to relieve that special little moment in my childhood, I decided to make it again as an adult :D

The recipe was really basic and simple~ melt the chocolate and mixed everything in together!

Ingredients: 500g Cadbury white chocolate melts, 1 1/2 cups rice bubbles, 100g red glace cherries, 160g roasted  almonds, 160g sultanas, 1 cup desiccated coconut, 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Just chopping all the almonds in halves

Mixed everything together!

Spooned it together onto a tray and put it the fridge for a couple of hours until set.

Once it’s all set, chop them up into little blocks and..

It’s a shame you can’t taste your own food…But it’s good that you didn’t because it’s hard to resist once you have once bite lol. So tasty
